- Registration procedures
1.1. Tuition and material fees can be paid by cash, bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.
1.2. Students are asked to properly keep documents such as receipts, registration forms, and class timetables.
1.3. If there are insufficient registrations, our company reserves the right to cancel the course and will notify relevant students of the details.
- Pay tuition
2.1. Tuition fees and material fees paid will not be refunded unless you are unable to register due to course cancellation or full quota.
2.2. Once registration for a course closes, you cannot cancel your registration or change courses under any circumstances, but you can transfer your place to another person (you must notify the company before the course starts).
2.3. If a student drops out of the course, the center will not refund any fees paid.
2.4. All course discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.
- Asking for leave and making up classes
3.1. All students must be on time for class (must report to school 10 minutes before class starts).
3.2. Since the materials used in the flower arrangement course are specific and time-limited, and the content of each course is different, students who are absent due to personal reasons (must notify the company via WhatsApp 24 hours before class) will be The maximum number of absences can only be 2 quarters. The two free make-up classes will be arranged in the next course. If the amount exceeds the limit, there will be no make-up lessons. If you choose not to make up a class, you can take back the materials used for class within three days of class.
3.3 The course attendance rate must reach 70% before you can participate in the exam.
3.4 In the event of severe weather (such as a black rainstorm warning or a typhoon signal No. 8 or above), the course will be postponed or canceled. The relevant schedule will be decided and notified 3 hours before class.
- Other
4.1. Our company will not be responsible for any disputes or monetary disputes arising from course and classroom arrangements made privately between students and instructors without the consent of the center.
4.2. The course introduction and content are for reference only. Instructors have the right to make corresponding adjustments based on student level and material supply.
4.3. Our company will photograph or videotape students’ classes for future publicity and record purposes. The relevant intellectual property rights belong to our company. If students do not agree to the relevant arrangements, please inform our staff in advance.
